Fiddes Premier SP Floor Sealer is a high solid, water based 1 component self cross linking floor sealer/primer, for the surface treatment of wooden floors prior to the application of Fiddes Premier SP Floor Water Based Polyurethane.

| Preparation | Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from any previous finish. Fill any cracks/knots with Fiddes Floor Filler Gel where required. Sand the substrate with a fine 120/150 grade sanding paper or 120/150 grit sanding disk, removing all traces of dust. |
| Application | Ensure all areas to be coated are extremely well ventilated during and after application. Always test on a small area prior to initial application. Maximum 2 coats recommended. Apply at room temperature. Fiddes SP Floor Sealer is formulated for application directly, and does not require thinning. |
| First Coat | Stir contents thoroughly before and during use, and apply in a warm, well ventilated room. Apply THINLY using Fiddes Floor Oil Brush or a good quality bristle or synthetic brush, and lay EVENLY, following the direction of the grain. Leave to dry 2-3 hours in warm, dry well ventilated conditions. |
| Coats | A single application is recommended, followed by 2 coats of Fiddes Premier SP Floor Lacquer. |
